PLEASE NOTE: Starting on October 1st, 2018, users must have either a Summit library card or a library card from one of our reciprocating libraries to reserve a quiet study room. Reserving a room will require a library barcode and PIN. Your PIN is the same four digit PIN you use to access your library account.
The Library uses a system called LibCal for reserving Quiet Study Rooms. LibCal allows you to:
- See a grid of each day's availability. No more trial and error to see if you're preferred time slot is open!
- Book rooms on the quarter hour rather than being restricted to the hour or half hour. You can book a room from 3:15pm until 3:45pm, for instance.
- Make multiple appointments at one time. You are still restricted to a maximum of 3 hours per day and no more than 30 days in advance, but now you can enter ALL of your appointments during one booking session, rather than individually.
If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, feel free to call or visit the Reference desk.
